RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we aim to process and ship your jewelry as quickly as possible, orders cannot be edited once they are placed. If you need to cancel your order, please email support@jewelcreationsny.com immediately. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee cancellation once the fulfillment process has begun.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your new piece! We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging and tags attached.

Exclusions: Please note that custom-made pieces, engraved items, and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please email support@jewelcreationsny.com with your order number. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to securely ship your item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we highly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality assurance team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
What if my order arrives damaged or is incorrect?
We take great pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. If your jewelry arrives damaged or you received the incorrect item, please email support@jewelcreationsny.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label and coordinate a replacement or full refund immediately.
