  • We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or restrict access at our sole discretion to maintain the integrity of our brand and community.

2. Products & The "Technical Fingerprint"

  • Technical Accuracy: We display our heritage collection with high-resolution imagery and precise technical specifications (including SI, VVS, and Flawless clarity grades).

  • Natural Variations: Every untreated Mogok gemstone possesses a unique internal "fingerprint" of natural inclusions. These characteristics are proof of geological origin and are not considered defects.

  • Visual Representation: Colors may vary slightly due to professional photography lighting or your specific screen calibrations.

  • Availability: As our inventory consists of finite heritage stones sourced in the 1990s, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue pieces without notice.

3. Pricing & Market Volatility

  • Currency: All prices are listed in USD.

  • Hard Asset Value: Due to the extreme market volatility of precious metals (e.g., gold reaching $5,100 per gram) and the appreciation of untreated rubies, prices are subject to change.

  • Quotes: Formal quotes for custom commissions or private acquisitions are valid for 48 hours only, unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Orders & Sovereign Acceptance

  • Your order constitutes a formal offer to purchase a finite asset.

  • We reserve the right to decline any order or limit quantities per customer to ensure equitable access to our heritage collection.

  • Orders may be canceled due to suspected fraud, stock discrepancies, or technical errors. If canceled, a full refund will be processed via the original payment method.

5. High-Value Shipping & Asset Protection

  • Insurance: All shipments of high-value gemstones are fully insured and tracked via premium carriers.

  • Signature Required: For your protection, all JCNY deliveries require an adult signature upon receipt.

  • Transfer of Risk: Risk of loss passes to the purchaser once the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address.

  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, or unforeseen environmental circumstances.

6. Returns & Authentication

  • Eligibility: Return and refund eligibility is governed by our specific Return Policy.

  • Security Seals: High-tier stones accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity or laboratory report (GIA/GRS) are ineligible for return if the security seal or original packaging has been tampered with.

  • Custom Assets: Bespoke or personalized commissions are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property & Brand Identity

  • All content—including logos, designs, "Burglish" instructional materials, and the "Mogok to Manhattan" narrative—is the exclusive property of JewelCreationsNY and protected by global intellectual property laws.

  • Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.
